Epp Siepman Engineering provides mechanical & electrical engineering consulting services to clients in the building industry. We provide quality service to our clients through clear communication, P.Eng., and David Siepman, LEED®AP, P.Eng., M.Sc., and integration with the other design disciplines.Epp Siepman Engineering was formed by senior mechanical partners David Epp, consistency of personnel, LEED®AP. We value integrated design solutions that minimize environmental impacts through energy efficiency and water conservation while meeting the overall design objectives of the client or owner. We also provide engineering services such as feasibility studies, energy simulations, life-cycle costing reports, and systems commissioning coordination.Our goal is a flexible design approach that will assist clients in meeting their project objectives. Our project experience includes a wide range of projects in the educational, industrial, health care, commercial, and hospitality sectors. Matthew Penner, P.Eng., LEED®AP joined the firm in 2013 and leads the electrical engineering consulting services.
