We deliver training in Winnipeg, across Canada and around the world. Established in 1979, Mediation Services' Resolution Skills Centre helps individuals create effective exchange in their workplaces, homes and communities through a wide range of courses. We now offer 50 different courses to schools, and the private business sector.Resolution Skills Centre is a leader in resolution and leadership training locally, all 3 levels of government, not for profits, nationally and internationally. Our training program began at the grass roots level, training community volunteers to mediate in our victim and offender program. Concepts are taught and then experienced through a combination of lecture, memorizing prepackaged assignments, case study and role plays.Students do not learn much just sitting in classes listening to teachers, exercises, discussion, stories, and spitting out answers.
